The Athletic Factory provides an afterschool program for East Shore Leadership Academy, during the school year. This program runs on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3:30pm to 5:30pm from the end of September through the first week in June. This program is uniquely designed for East Shore Leadership Academy students. Listed below are the activity components that we offer.

- Acoustic Guitar/Keyboard Lessons: This will be offered to 4th grade through 8th grade, on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
- Woodshop: This will be offered to 5th grade through 8th grade, on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
- Video Gaming: This will be offered to 3rd grade through 8th grade, on Thursdays ONLY from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
- Arts & Crafts: This will be offered to K through 8th grade, on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
- Expressive Dance: This will be offered to K through 8th grade, on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
- Sports: This will be offered to K through 8th grade, on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
- Coding: This will be offered to 4th through 8th grade, on Fridays only from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
- Chess: This will be offered to 2nd through 8th grade, on Thursdays only from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
- Singing Class: This will be offered to K through 4th grade, on Wednesdays only, from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
